How to place an order?
Choose a product, material, and size, add it to your cart, and proceed to secure online payment.

Can I order a custom-sized product?
Yes – we produce panels and artworks in custom sizes. Write to us at kontakt@copperandcraft.pl with the dimensions and material, and we will prepare a quote.

Do you create custom-sized designs?
Yes – we create panels, artworks, and backsplashes tailored to a specific wall, recess, or space.

What is the lead time?
Each product is handmade after an order is placed. Production time is approximately 8 business days. Please add the courier delivery time to this.

Materials and Product

What are the products made of?
All products are made of genuine copper, brass, or stainless steel. We do not use imitations, prints, or artificial coatings.

Does copper change color over time?
Natural copper darkens over time and gains depth – this is a natural patination process that makes the metal look increasingly beautiful. Our products are protected with a durable colorless protective lacquer that slows down this process.

Does every product look exactly the same as in the picture?
No – and this is the greatest value of our products. Each panel is handmade, so natural variations in color and texture of the patina are inevitable. Each piece is unique.

Are the products suitable for bathrooms and kitchens?
Yes – our panels and decorations are made of real metal and protected with a durable protective lacquer. This makes them perfectly suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, and modern premium interiors.

Can the panels be cut or trimmed?
Yes – wall panels designed for adhesive mounting can be trimmed for individual projects.

Can I order a sample?
Yes – we offer samples of finishes and patinas, allowing you to see the color and texture of the metal before ordering a larger project.

Installation

How to mount metal artworks?
Metal artworks (triptychs, sets, and wall decorations) have pre-installed hangers or holes on the back – simply hang them on the wall. Vertical or horizontal mounting is possible.

How to mount wall panels and backsplashes?
Wall panels and backsplashes are installed using a mounting adhesive such as Mamut or a similar high-strength adhesive.

How to install decorative tiles?
Tiles can be installed using mounting adhesive or traditional ceramic tile adhesive – similar to classic wall tiles.

How to care for copper panels?
Just a soft cloth and a mild cleaning agent. Avoid abrasive sponges and aggressive chemicals.

Shipping and Returns

Do you ship internationally?
Yes – we ship worldwide via reputable couriers (FedEx, DHL, DPD). Delivery time depends on the destination country.

Can I return a product?
Yes – you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract in accordance with EU law. Products made to individual order (custom size) are excluded from the right of return.

What if the product arrives damaged?
Draw up a damage report with the courier and contact us at kontakt@copperandcraft.pl – we will deal with the matter as soon as possible.

Do you cooperate with architects and companies?
Yes – we cooperate with architects, interior designers, hotels, and restaurants. We offer custom dimensions, own designs, and custom-made projects.
