Processing Time

All Copper & Craft products are handmade – often only after your order, according to your chosen format, material, and finish or patina. The usual processing time is approx. 8–10 business days. For custom-made products, special dimensions, or special finishes, processing may take longer; in this case, we will inform you.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Shipping is from Poland via courier service (usually FedEx or an international courier). The pure transport time is – depending on the destination country and shipping provider – usually approx. 5 business days.

The estimated total delivery time results from processing time and transport time. All information is approximate and not guaranteed delivery dates.
